Post by: Areya on April 01, 2011, 12:19:49 AM
Since a lot of people need to look this up often!  I even made a chart to help.

Attempting to proc a !! while ANY !! is under effect will not work
Attempting to proc !! while the monster is readying/using a TP move/Casting will not work
Attempting to proc !! while the monster is stunned will not work
If WS missed, it'll not proc. If WS heals monster or do 0 damage, it'll proc.
Some monster have magic shield, can't proc red or grellow if it's up. If u try, it'll say "resists the effect of the spell"
       or "fails to take effect")
Some monster's auto attacking (i.e iron giant attacks, shinryu) is considered TP move, so can't proc when they're swinging.

Exploiting the weakness once will grant larger treasure rewards, potentially even ones normally unavailable, but hitting
the same weakness repeatedly can negate the effect and remove the treasure bonus.

!! durations get reduced if used repeatedly on the same NM
(ex. First red proc last 30 sec, 2nd red proc last 15 sec, 3rd or more red proc last 1 sec)

GRELLOW [DAY BEFORE + CURRENT DAY + DAY AFTER] (AF3+1, AF3+2 items, synthesis mats) :

dayam, i shoulda looked at this thread first before I fixed my !! trigger condition on the other thread.

"Attempting to proc !! on a stunned monster that was only auto attacking (sans iron giant attacks) WILL work"
is wrong, it doesn't work

Blue time are wrong, correct ones are:
7:00-14:00 - Piercing
14:00-22:00 - Slashing
22:00-7:00 - Blunt

You sure about that?  I thought it was 3 periods of 8 hours each, which would make sense aesthetically.  Eh, I'll investigate it sometime.

I added the Dominion Ops listing to the main post.

I'm working on a chart that lists which NMs to kill for which seals, but it's gonna take a while.
Also working on a reference chart that shows what you can kill for different Magian type trials (i.e. what Arcana are available in Abyssea, or what Vermin, etc.)

Added mob type chart.  Working on seal chart now but it'll take a bit to find a layout that's concise enough.

Well considering they're adding new ways to get seals and +2 items, doing a chart for them before the update would mean I'd have to add more to it next month lol.

Seems the 22-07 blunt time was a bug. Might be 22-06 now. Wiki info is now 22-06 for blunt.

Yeah, it was.  A couple updates ago they mentioned that the time for blunt attacks was longer than intended.  I still need to reupdate my chart sometime.

Long overdue, but I added Empyrean +1/+2 charts!

You're welcome.

Added yet another +2 item chart to the menagerie.

This time it's sorted by the item, useful if you see, say, an Ardor Coin drop and are like "What jobs use this?"
