For our own group, I think the best thing to do is clear floors 1-21 again before we decide to move on with my disc, that way we won't be forced to do another 1-100 run to get everyone full access.

Personally, I'm much more happy with not losing full access for clearing the Floor 100 boss.

Count me in. I can come as BLM or DRK for stun duties... although BLM would be healing bitch + Stun since I don't remember my nukes doing any damage. Just an ES+Freeze while waiting for Stun recast timer.

Putting 100 million gil at the same rank as Kraken Club just shows how clueless SE is. Nothing in that category is worth anywhere near 100 million gil, assuming you have the means to get the R/E items. Even more so, 100 million gil can go towards all your jobs, not just the 3-6 that can use some R/E piece. The only exceptions are the Great Katana that drops from Absolute Virtue and the Polearm that drops from Odin.
