On March 16, they're consolidating several FFXI servers.  While Phoenix is not on the chopping block (thankfully), people from Titan server will be coming to Phoenix.  Keep an eye out for new people, some of them might need a social LS.

They changed the date of the world merge to coincide with the next major version update, so not sure what day exactly it will be.  Still pretty soon though.
