Had my fix of WoW after my endgame raiding guild imploded...

ALMOST reinstalled ffxi...

So what's new? =P

I tried playing the GRAW demo on my computer today and what ended up happening was I either fried my computer internals or just burned through a a hard drive.  

The computer keeps hanging on the welcome screen in windows before the logons are displayed.

So far i've tried a repair install but it too freezes at a certain point.  I've connected the HD via USB to a laptop to scan it for problems.  So far no problem with defrag or viruses.  I haven't done a surface  scan yet but I plan to tomorrow.  I really don't wanna sit through a like 4 hour installation of ffxi and a reinstall of windows and all my apps on a new hard drive ;;

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hiya everybody! Bout that time again to start up another mission static! ToA comes out on the 18th and I was hoping to get started maybe  on Friday the 28th a little over a week after release.  ATM my schedule is gonna prolly be Daytime runs on Friday and Saturday. With Night runs on Mondays at 6pm PST and Tuesdays at 10pm PST.  Possible night time runs on friday and saturday depending on HNMLS schedule. Anyone interested?

This is a godly weapon for any sam and is especially useful for sam/rng during meripo.  Riverne Site #B01 is lvl 50 cap area and this fight requires 6+ people. Atleast 2-3 stunners to stun the self-destruct, a refresh (preferably brd and a rdm), a main tank, a main heal, and some DD.  The bomb is popped using a Clustered Tar that drops from bombs in the area.  If a thief comes along I have heard that they "drop like candy" so farming a few tars for members between kills should be no problem.

I know a few of you are leveling sam or thinking of leveling it and this weapon is arguably useful all the way upto lvl 72 where you get the Hagun. Not to mention a sam can self skillchain Light with just meditate with this thing ^^.  I would like to do this sometime during a weekend.
