So I'm idly wondering to myself, in today's economy where most gear is r/e obtained in Abyssea or VW but income can be fairly lucrative if you do something like farm Dynamis currency daily, what really weighs in as "a lot" of gil.  To clarify, this isn't the purchase price for that high ticket item you may be eyeing on the AH, but the overall amount of gil one person might be carrying on their person for you to acknowledge them as friggin loaded!  I kinda wish there was room for more vote options but, alas, I can only pick 5.

So, what say you!  How hyper-inflated is the market?

Ahh, yeah pretty rude to AFK without saying anything if people expect you to be there.  Though LS chat is a little different since people pop in and out all the time and idle for extended periods of time, some of us longer than others!

Rude in what context?

In the middle of a conversation without warning?  10 seconds.
In the middle of a conversation with warning without specified time frame?  A few minutes.
In the middle of a conversation with warning with specified time frame?  The specified time frame!
In the middle of a party without warning where people are relying on you to fulfill your role?  3 seconds.
In the middle of an EXP party without warning where your role is non-crucial?  A few minutes.
Idling in general without any obligations?  Never.
Etc.

My opinions in certain scenarios but the question is too ambiguous to give an all encompassing number.

Well, I'd be fine with keeping the cap at 75 as long as there was some other venue for character growth.  Frankly though, all the content was getting pretty stagnant when I quit (hence the quitting).

As far as RDM goes, honestly its role has always been somewhat fragile.  A job that's average at everything in a game where everyone is supposed to specialize is going to have a rough time.  The whole "infinite MP" thing was kind of a last resort thing IMO.  Besides, it's not the level cap that made RDM obsolete, it's the Atmas.

I'm not sure why they mixed up the mob levels of old content areas and I agree it's kind of annoying.  I guess they want to make sure that if people don't have the Abyssea add ons that there's still a method to gain exp?  Lol?  Regardless I rarely even go to those areas anymore anyway so it doesn't really bother me.

And yes, I'm lazy, nothing new there!
