heading out for two weeks

I'm catching my flight in eight hours from now and will be gone for two weeks. We're spending the first week in the Boundary Waters on a canoe trip and the second week in New Orleans (provided Isaac doesn't cause my flight to be cancelled!). Should be fun!

I hope the storm doesn't ruin your vacation. It has locked me inside the house now for 2 days... The kids are going crazy since there was no school today because of it... we're all climbing the walls! We're safe though...haven't been able to leave here and go check on our new house yet though. Hope it isn't floating down the road!
