Feb. Version Update and Recruiting

Next month there's another update, with some changes like experience adjustments outside of Abyssea, consolidation of Auction Houses, and some other changes.

Also, I believe it's a good time to increase the linkshell population a bit, so if you know any drama-free people...

Maybe that's the problem...perhaps we should look for MORE drama people so they continue to stay in the LS and call attention to themselves.....or ...talk....and stuff.
